The owner, I'm assuming that's who it was I spoke with, was very nice, I'd like to start there. However, I never received my candle after paying 19 dollars. At first she told me she'd send me another candle since I didn't receive mine. But before she did that, I wanted to make sure there was no key in my mailbox, as I was hoping I accidentally overlooked it, but there was no key. She never sent another candle, and I didn't even ask. I enjoy supporting small businesses like these, but I really have to wonder if some of these places even send out the product as they state. This seldom ever happens with me. I usually get what I pay for when I've purchased from other businesses, so I'm not sure what happened here. All I know is I paid for a product that I never received. She texted me stating she filed a missing item report with the post office. Who knows if she really did or not; I'll never know. I've since disputed my claim with my bank, and they're taking care of it. I hate to say this, because I'd rather not be giving any business a bad review, but based on my experience with this companyy, I'd recommend you go elsewhere..... I did!
